A few fun facts…

I thought of 5 fun facts that might give you, dear readers, better insight into who I am…

I’m an 80’s baby, raised by Hippie parents on a remodeled WWII war ship that became home for me and my 4 older brothers and sisters.

I chose the name JustLissen because when I moved to DC for college there was this go-go band that I really loved: The Lissen Band. I saw them live a few times and they are just amazing. I still think I’m their biggest fan even though they fell off the radio. I also thought the name was a great way to incorporate my passion for music with my desire to be heard, et viola JustLissen was born!
